³ “^(A)Shepherds and their flocks will come to her,
They will ^(B)pitch their tents ^[a]around her,
They will pasture each in his ^[b]place.
⁴ “^[c](C)Prepare war against her;
Arise, and let us ^[d]attack at ^(D)noon.
Woe to us, for the day declines,
For the shadows of the evening lengthen!
⁵ “Arise, and let us ^[e]attack by night
And ^(E)destroy her ^[f]palaces!”
